What is 4Gifters? 4Gifters is the first social e-gifting experience. A virtual world where to gift in real time anywhere in the world with the unique emotion of the in store pick up. Find out how it works
Do I need to be register to make a gift? Yes, to purchase a product you need to be registered. You can either complete the registration file or log in through Facebook connect
Does the recipient need to be registered in order to receive the gift? No, the recipient doesn’t have to be registered on 4Gifters to receive the gift!
What type of information do I need to send a gift? You only need the name, surname, mobile number and email address. If you want it to be delivered at home you will need the address.
The recipient’s city is not listed? No worries! With 4Gifters you can choose delivery at home
Wrong gift? No worries! Once in store the recipient can easily change the gift with another item of the same value or decide to pay for the sum’s difference.
Wrong size? No worries! Wrong size? Following the store’s stock, the recipient will be able to change the gift. If the size is no longer available the recipient will be able to either change it for an item of the same value or decide to buy something more expensive, thus willing to pay for the sum’s difference.
What happens if the slected item is no longer available? You can choose another item of the same value or decide to pay for the sum’s difference of a more expensive product.

Where can I find my order’s confirmation? Once bought a gift you will receive a confirmation email to the address specified in the registration form.
How will the recipient know about the gift? The recipient will receive both a message and an email informing him of the gift. The pick up is easy, he will only need to show the gift code to the specified boutique.
Can I delete an order? If you’re not pleased with your gift you can return it within 14 working days from the shipping date. (Read Terms and Conditions) To activate the return&refund procedure you can simply send us an email at: help@mail.4gifters.com using the order’s email or filling the “return&refund” form. Download the form, fill it and send it, as a letter or fax, to an Ecommerce Outsouricing. Once received your form our Customer Care Service will put in place your request, if needed they will contact you.
Is the online price the same as the one in store? Exactly, all prices on 4Gifters match the ones in store
Where can I find the gift’s code? You can find your gift code both in the confirmation message and email.
Where do I pick up the gift? In the store specified in the email
How can I change my gift? Exchange your gift is very simple. You can choose another item of the same value or decide to pay for the sum’s difference of a more expensive product.
How much time do I have to pick up a gift? The gift will be secured in store for 7 days, afterthat, if the product will no longer be available, the client will receive a voucher of same value to spend in the same store.
Product no longer available? If the product is no longer in stock, you can choose another item of the same value or decide to pay for the sum’s difference of a more expensive product to purchase in the same boutique
Delivery in Italy: price&time The shipping price is based on the product’s weight. The delivery timings depend on the item’s availability in the selected boutique. Once ensured the stocking availability the product will be delivered within 48 hours. (excluded islands and further areas)

Tracking order You can track your order through the confirmation email containing the delivery track.
Tax You won’t have to pay taxes since 4Gifters ships only in EU, UK, ITALIA. Possible charges will be included in the gift’s price.
Faulty or incorrect item In this case you should immediately contact us at: help@mail.4gifters.com. Our customer care service will assist you in the exchanging procedure.

Refund Once received the returned item, the sum will be refunded following the same payment method used in the transaction.
Delete order In this case you should immediately contact us at: help@mail.4gifters.com. Our customer care service will confirm your deleted item. The cancellation request must be sent before the dispatch of the item.
I created a Team Gift, how do I invite my friends? Once created your Team Gift, at the end of the page you will find a specific section. Invite your friends to contribute to the gift!
How do I create a Team Gift? Choose the product you’d like to gift and then select the “Team Gift”option. Add the recipient’s information and create your Team Gift
What is the event date? The deadline date in which all participants should contribute to the Team Gift
What happens if we can’t collect the prefixed total? The recipient will receive a voucher matching the raised sum to spend in the selected store.
When will the Team Gift’s recipient receive the gift? On the Team Gift’s event date the recipient will receive a message and email containing the gift code.
One of the participants didn’t pay, how can we complete the gift? If one of the participants hasn’t paid his share, the adminstrator can decided to close the Team gift and transform the collected shares in a voucher or add the missing share.
I want to participate in a Team Gift but haven’t been invited, what can I do? You can’t! To participate in a Team Gift you must be invited by the administrator
I want to create a secrete Team Gift, how can I do? No worries! At check out choose the option “private gift”
Item not in stock If the product is no longer in stock, the recipient can choose another item of the same value or decide to pay for the sum’s difference.
Can I close a Team Gift in advance? Of course, you can close a Team Gift whenever you wish, if the sum hasn’t been reached a matching-value voucher will be created
